1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Kingscliff Clean Team ("we," "us," or "our") and our clients ("you" or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services. The scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or online payment.

A deposit may be required for large or recurring bookings.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If we arrive at the property and cannot gain access, you will be charged the full cleaning fee.
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Ensure all valuables and fragile items are secured.

Notify us of any special cleaning requirements before the service begins.

Report any issues within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
6. Liability & Damages

While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage.

Any damage caused by our team must be reported immediately, and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We will offer a free re-clean of the affected area(s) within 48 hours.

Refunds will only be considered if a re-clean has been completed and the issue remains unresolved.

No refunds will be issued for complaints made beyond 24 hours after the service.
8. Health & Safety

Our team follows all relevant health and safety regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., presence of hazardous materials).

If a property has an excessive amount of clutter or biohazards, additional charges may apply.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
